The Requirements Workshop presentation will include a discussion of TL 9000 Hardware, Software, and Service requirements. The workshop will emphasize the intent of the requirements in Quality System, Design Control, Process Control, Training, Quality Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction categories. The presenters will share their experience in implementing TL 9000 in their organizations. They will provide implementation tips. They will also highlight changes due to the new ISO 9000:2000 versions.

16:15 TL 9000 Quality Management System Measurements Workshop ( continuation )

The Measurements Workshop will present for interactive discussion, the development and use of the approved TL 9000 measures which include: Customer problems, fix response time, delivery, system outages, software aborts, and hardware returns. Both a customer and supplier perspective will be included, followed by proposed measures to be considered by the QuEST Forum.

The workshops will be interactive with time for questions.
